Ahmad Razaghi is a healthcare executive and entrepreneur based in Paradise Valley, Arizona, with more than 20 years of leadership experience focused on strengthening healthcare sovereignty for Native Nations. As Chief Executive Officer of Razaghi Healthcare, he works alongside tribal leaders to design, launch, and oversee tribally directed healthcare corporations—helping communities build durable systems that advance quality, compliance, and long-term sustainability while reducing disparities affecting American Indian populations.
Mr. Razaghi is widely recognized for guiding tribal boards through the governance and operational demands of PL 93-638 (Indian Self-Determination) contracting. His advisory work spans executive strategy, organizational design, funding advocacy, and performance planning—supporting boards as they develop accountable structures that meet federal requirements and community expectations. He is also known for high-stakes problem solving, including developing turnaround strategies that protect hospital operations, preserve licensure and accreditation, and stabilize finances for organizations facing existential risk.
Among his signature achievements, Mr. Razaghi helped lead negotiations resulting in a landmark $200 million settlement involving a 638 corporation and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services/Indian Health Service—an outcome that reinforced equitable treatment and resourcing for Native communities. His contributions have been recognized at the national level, including a Managerial Excellence award presented through DHHS/IHS leadership and the U.S. Surgeon General.
Mr. Razaghi earned an MBA from the University of Utah and remains committed to mission-driven partnership with tribal communities.
